After your first purchase, you'll be charged $40 a month that becomes $40 in store credit unless you CANCEL or PAUSE your membership. Store credit can be used to shop anytime. 

The Stella & Dot Membership is flexible with no obligation to shop each month. You are free to PAUSE your membership or accumulate your store credit to be used whenever you are ready to shop. 

You will be charged monthly. Your store credit will be updated automatically, and you can use your balance to make purchases right away.

You need to go into the “Manage Membership” section of your Customer account. You’ll get the Menu where you can either Cancel Membership or Pause for 1, 2, 3 months.

You can pause your membership for up to 3 months at a time. Once you reactivate your membership your card will be charged monthly

You store credits will automatically accumulate and you can view your balance in your member portal by signing into your account on the upper right hand of the website. As long as you are signed in, when you are ready to complete checkout, you will see an option to use all or a portion of your store credit and apply it to your purchase. No codes are necessary.

Yes, your credit is available for 12 months from the time of issuance and you can still login to your account and apply your credit even if you have paused or cancelled your membership.

Your first credit will be applied immediately after you are charged your first monthly fee. Since the first month is free, you will receive your 10% off but will not start earning credits until the 2nd month.

Please email service@stelladot.com and we can retroactively apply your credit to your purchase. 

Yes, store credits function like gift cards and can be used if you are also applying a discount code.
