SHIPPING FEES
US Domestic
Our Standard Shipping utilizes USPS Ground Advantage delivery within 3-5 business days after the order has been processed. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed.
FREE Standard shipping is available for orders over $100 USD.
Expedited priority mail, UPS and Fedex options will be displayed at checkout. Please note that for expedited shipping on the same day, orders must be placed before 2pm EST or 11am PST.
*While we ship to APO/FPO addresses for the same flat rate, we are unable to control the speed at which these packages travel. Please allow for additional time for these packages to deliver.
Canada
Our Standard Shipping Rate for Canada is $14.95 USD and utilizes UPS Expedited Service within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed. Duties, taxes and fees are additional and are calculated at checkout.
FREE Standard shipping is available for orders over $200 CAD. Duties, fees and taxes still apply and are calculated at checkout.
Expedited UPS Saver is available to Canada for $18.95 USD and is estimated 1-3 business days. Duties, taxes and fees are additional and are calculated at checkout.
International
Our Standard Shipping Rate for Non-US or Canada orders is $18.95 USD and utilizes UPS Expedited Service within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed. Orders typically ship within one business day of being placed. Duties, taxes and fees are additional and are calculated at checkout. This is the only shipping rate and service available for international orders.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Processing and delivery days fall on business days (Monday - Friday ). Standard Federal/Public Holidays are not included in business day calculations. We make every effort to process and ship orders within 2 business days of order placement.

We make every effort to process your order within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) from your order date. Extended processing times may occur during new product launches and the holiday season. Orders with engravable items will add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.
To track your order’s processing and shipped status, check the orders tab in your account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 days before tracking updates.
Absolutely. We can offer the same flat rate shipping but it may take a little longer to get there. Please allow 4-9 business days for shipments to Puerto Rico and US Territories. We currently do not offer expedited service to these locations.
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred ship method.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) to us for free within 15 days of purchase and we do not charge an additional shipping fee. Once your return is processed you will receive a return shipping label via email to send your items back to our Distribution Center.
We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at his or her discretion. It is recommended that you choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.
Sometimes, service providers mark items as delivered pre-maturely. Please give at least 1 additional day for your item to be delivered based on tracking. If you still have not received your order, please contact service@stelladot.com and we will sort you out!
If your order was marked as lost by the delivery provider, please contact service@stelladot.com.
Unfortunately, in most cases addresses cannot be changed once your order is placed. We prioritize speedy fulfillment which often means shipping labels are processed very quickly. If you need to change your address, and it is less than 2 hours since you placed your order, contact our service team at service@stelladot.com. They will make every effort to support this change but it is not guaranteed.
If your order is returned to sender and we receive the product back to our fulfillment center, someone from our service team will contact you to obtain updated address information. If we are unable to receive updated shipping information, and the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.
