If at any time Stella & Dot suspects or determines, in its sole discretion, that a Insiders Club member has not complied with these Terms & Conditions or has otherwise abused the spirit or terms of the Insiders Club or violated any laws, regulations, or ordinances in any way, it may, in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have against the member, immediately and without notice to member, terminate or suspend their participation in the Insiders Club and refuse to honor Product Credit or any other Insiders Club benefits fraudulently earned. Stella & Dot shall not be liable to referring customer or referred customer or to any third party for any claim or cause of action arising out of such termination or suspension.
