Custom COVET Update

Dear Ambassadors,

Our production partner for a portion of our custom COVET program has been unable to meet some of the promised ship deadlines for the program. Though the vast majority of customer deadlines were met, we did not deliver about 6% of the charm station necklace orders on time. We take this very seriously and do not feel comfortable promoting the promised timeline, especially for gifting/holidays. 

All outstanding orders will ship, but we will not take new orders. 

While we have worked with this large company for many years on our COVET program, recent changes have raised our concern on how well they will support this program. While this change may seem extreme given the 94% on time rate, we would like to ensure you have an even higher level of confidence when sharing Stella & Dot.

Due to our desire to always meet the promises we make to customers, effective immediately, we are going to discontinue working with this partner and explore other options. This impacts our multiple charm station necklaces which will no longer be available for ordering. We will continue to offer our ready to ship single initial and charm bracelets and necklaces as well as our made to order 3 and 4 letter word necklaces and bracelets.
