Part-Time Keyholder/ Boutique Stylist

We've opened our very first Stella & Dot boutique—and we're looking for energetic, style-loving people to help bring it to life!

This isn't your typical retail job. Our boutique is part flagship store, part content studio, part community hub, and home to our e-commerce headquarters. You'll work alongside company leadership to help shape what modern retail looks like for one of the most recognized female-founded brands in fashion.

From hosting community events, styling customers, filming Instagram content, and growing local partnerships—you'll wear a lot of hats (and probably a lot of jewelry).

If you're entrepreneurial, stylish, love people, and have the energy to build something special, we'd love to meet you.

Location: Burlingame Avenue, Burlingame, CA

Employment: Part-time (approximately 15+ hours per week)

Schedule: Flexible availability required, including weekends and some evenings. Team members will serve as keyholders and help open and close the boutique.

Reports to: Chief Marketing & Operations Officer

Compensation

• $22/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities tied to personal and store sales
