Our 17+ years in business have taught us to leave our customers and our communities better off than when we arrived, and that is the training we offer each one of our Community Stylists. Community Stylists offer Give Back Shopping Events as well as Hosted Events in their local communities.

Please note Stylists operate like business owners and are responsible for generating all local sales leads and customer sales events. As a Stylist you practice ethical behavior, support sustainability, and are always professional and kind.


Our reimagined Direct To Community Model offers experiential retail to customers via trained Stylists, who deliver exceedingly personal service, offering in person community shopping events.

We interview and hire a limited number of Stylists based on the right fit. This approach allows us to provide training, a consistent display and set each stylist up for success.

Stylists are invited to take control of their own local market to build a business in line with the Stella & Dot Brand. With a commitment to building an inspiring professional community, fostering connection and growth, Stylists are offered coaching and support from our home office team.

A Stylist builds and maintains clients, and social media marketing for STELLA & DOT in their local market. A Stylist is provided with the training and tools necessary to introduce and strengthen the brand presence where they are located. Scheduling sales events, forming local partnerships, and relationship building are the Stylist's responsibility, which their business performance relies heavily upon.

No. We do not offer multi level marketing compensation plan and our Community Stylists are not asked to recruit others to sell.

Community Stylists receive commission only on their personal sales.

To ensure the success of each stylist, training is required and we limit the number of Stylists in an area based on customer demand.

We’re calling all new hires from coast to coast and taking applications as of April 2023! Our current target locations include Houston, Washington DC, Virginia, Chicago, Seattle, and the Bay Area. However, If you are social media savvy, and a networking natural who influences the energy in every room for the better, we would love to get to know you. Our inaugural class of Stylists will be hired in May and is limited in spots to ensure all are properly trained and supported.

Stella & Dot styling and product knowledge is taught during an immersive training weekend that all Stylists are required to attend in San Francisco Bay Area. Never styled before? No problem! Every Stylist has to begin at the beginning and develop the skills they need to be successful.

Our goal is to keep the number of stylists in line with customer demand.
Thus, we will limit opportunities based on the size of the city and local market demand. However, our goal is to have several stylists per city to bring team spirit to the neighborhood! Stylists in an area work collaboratively, while still maintaining individual clientele and growing a personal business.

Yes, Stella & Dot has no monthly sales requirements, but we do have seasonal sales thresholds in place to ensure each Stylist’s success. Thresholds are attainable and help ensure Stylists turn a profit quickly. Based on your income goals, you’ll create a personalized plan for your season to ensure you’re meeting or surpassing thresholds.

No franchise or territory fees are. required.

Yes, Stylists get a discount on items they would like to personally wear and gift to promote their business. The leased display is for display purposes only and should not be worn.

An exclusive Launch discount—50% off ten items of your choice from the Fashion Collection is provided. 25% off two fine jewelry items is also provided.

Stylists enjoy getting a personal link to share, just as a Brand Ambassador does. Stylist sales also apply to referral bonuses. However, Stylists are assigned to a different tier of rewards and earn participate in their own rewards program tier based solely on Stella & Dot sales.

Stylists focus on experiential selling by booking pop up events, or trunk shows, in their home and out in their community. They partner with community groups and businesses to showcase our products.
