Build a Store. Build a Community. Build a Brand.
We're opening the very first Stella & Dot boutique—and we're looking for two energetic, style-loving people to help bring it to life.
This isn't your typical retail job. Our boutique is part flagship store, part content studio, part community hub, and home to our e-commerce headquarters. You'll work alongside company leadership to help shape what modern retail looks like for one of the most recognized female-founded brands in fashion.
From setting up the store before opening day to hosting community events, styling customers, filming Instagram content, and growing local partnerships—you'll wear a lot of hats (and probably a lot of jewelry).

Location: Burlingame Avenue, Burlingame, CA
Employment: Part-time (approximately 20+ hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible availability required, including weekends and some evenings. Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is required. Team members will serve as keyholders and help open and close the boutique.
Reports to: Chief Marketing & Operations Officer
Compensation
- $20–25/hour plus commission
