No. Stella & Dot is designed to fit any woman’s lifestyle, so you may commit as much time as you want to this business. If you choose to build a team, we ask Sponsors to lead by example, and therefore we do require that you submit at least $500 in retail sales in one month at least once every three months, on a rolling basis. If you are unable to meet that minimum, your team will roll to the Next Qualified Leader, but you will still remain a Stylist.

Yes! You are not expected to be a salesperson, a computer whiz or even a fashionista to be a Stella & Dot Stylist. We provide the training, tools and support that you need to run a thriving business. You will have one-on-one coaching from your Sponsor and you’ll meet other Stylists at monthly team meetings. The Home Office provides weekly training calls and 24x7 online tools. There are regional training events to get hands-on training from local top Stylists. Our national annual conference provides you powerful business training from savvy experts and also a chance to network and view the new collection.
