Income Goals: Helping other Stylists start their businesses and become successful enough to quit their full-time jobs is so fulfilling.
My Why: I enjoy seeing my colleagues achieve a quality of life that they never dreamed possible, and I am continually surrounded by positive people who want nothing more than to help others achieve their goals. I love that by focusing on others you can be successful beyond your wildest dreams.
Work Week Hours: 30-40 hours a week.

Personal Stats: Married for 16 years, with two great kids, 4 & 7.
Income Goals: When I launched, my goal was $2000 per month. Now, my goal is $5000 per month!
My Why: Stella & Dot allowed me to reconnect to the business woman inside of me. I'm a better role model for my children and I am so proud.
Work Week Hours: 20 hours a week but Friday night and Saturday are for family!

Personal Stats: Former Asset Manager for JP Morgan, now stay at home mom with three children.
Income Goals: Initially, I just wanted to do one Trunk Show per week. Now, my goal is to make $70k this year.
My Why: We had been drained for the past few years with an investment property and I wanted to help get us back to “whole" again. Then I got the taste of success and I’m loving every minute of it!

Personal Stats: Devoted wife, mom of an 8 year old and fabulous hairdresser
Income Goals: I earned enough to pay for my month long trip - 2 weeks touring and 2 weeks volunteering for Relief Riders International.
My Why: For more than 20 years I have wanted to take a trip to India. I decided to make it a reality when my mother unexpectedly passed away. I wanted my trip to be more than an adventure, I wanted to help and decided to join Relief Riders International, providing education and supplies to remote regions.
