Our Stylists make an average of $300 at a 2 hour Trunk Show. As a Stella & Dot Student Stylist, you decide how much you earn by how much you work. Truly, the potential is unlimited. Simply, you earn 25-30% of your personal sales and if you choose to sponsor other Stylists, you can layer your income with coaching commissions.
How much can you earn on your sales?
Trunk shows are typically 2 hours. Customers can then repeat shop on your personal website. Trunk Show earning examples assume average Trunk Show sales of $1,000, which earns you $300 based on a 30% commission. The chart below represents a simplified view. In addition to personal commissions, how much can you earn when you sponsor a team?
When you introduce your friends to Stella and Dot, and bring them on board as part of your team, you can earn coaching commissions on their sales. Those who work directly for you are considered your "1st line team". When your 1st line starts sponsoring their own Student Stylists, those Student Stylists become your "2nd line team".
