I am a Mom raising three beautiful little girls. I wasn’t looking for anything when a new Stella & Dot Stylist invited me to a coffee shop to see her jewelry. I was instantly hooked, and within a day or two, I decided to open my own jewelry boutique. With Stella & Dot, I knew I could have a great business that I could be proud of. In the beginning, I only wanted to enjoy the jewelry and have a bit of extra money, but I have since become very excited about the jewelry, the company, and the opportunity it offers. Plus, I’m having FUN!! I love that I don’t need to open my own store and worry about leases, inventory, websites, and employees! I am thrilled that I was able to launch this business RIGHT AWAY and work it into the life I want! There is no risk, no pressure, a very reasonable startup cost, and lots of fun!.
I didn’t have much sales experience when I began, but the product is so stylish and affordable, it seems as if it sells itself! When I show my jewelry, or talk about Stella & Dot, I find that more and more of my customers have already seen Stella & Dot jewelry featured in fashion magazines, like Instyle, People, Oprah and more! The parties are a blast. I don’t have to worry about giving a big presentation – or about making people listen to one. Instead I get together with a hostess and her friends to try on jewelry together in a fun, relaxed social atmosphere. Who wouldn’t love trying on great jewelry among friends? Plus, the training and support offered by my sponsor and the great team at Home Office have been great. Together, they help make things simple, fun and profitable for me!
I'm delighted with the short time it's taken to build an amazing customer base and to branch way out beyond family and friends. And, since I just can’t keep this opportunity to myself, I've built a team and helped others start their own business. Now, I'm making more friends AND seeing my income grow! Suddenly, my 'fun job' is starting to generate a ‘fun’ pay cheque! And I get to appreciate this great opportunity while working at home ON MY TERMS and watching my beautiful children grow up!!
