2. For every $50 you spend you can apply one $25 Dot Dollar promo code. You may apply more than one promo code at check out.

Earning Dot Dollars (is now closed): December 1, 2012 (12:00AM PT) – December 31, 2012 (11:59PM PT).
Trunk Show, Hostess or Web Orders: For every $50 spent during the earning period above, the customer will receive $25 worth of Dot Dollars. Dot Dollars are awarded via a promotion code sent to the customer’s email address at the start of the redemption period as defined below. A separate promotion code will be issued for every $25 worth of Dot Dollars earned. Stylists may not earn Dot Dollars on their personal orders.

Redeeming Dot Dollars: January 3, 2013 – January 10, 2013 (11:59PM PT).
Web Orders ONLY: Dot Dollars may only be redeemed via a web order by the customer. Dot Dollars may be used by the customer toward a Trunk Show order by selecting the Trunk Show Shopping Link on the Stylist’s personal website. During the redemption period above, customers may apply $25 worth of Dot Dollars to every $50 spent. Multiple Dot Dollar promo codes may be applied to one order for each $50 spent. The Dot Dollars will be applied as a percentage discount on each item in the order. Each promotion code is valid for one use only and may not be redeemed after the end of the redemption period.

How do I redeem my Dot Dollars?
First, sign into your Account and start shopping!  On the Shopping Bag page, below all of the products in her bag, you’ll see an Enter Promo Code field where you can enter your Dot Dollars promo code(s). To enter in multiple promo codes, please enter in one code at a time. As you apply multiple promo codes, you will be able to see which codes were applied to this order. You must be signed in before entering in any promo codes or the codes will not be recognized. Click here to watch a short video on how to redeem your Dot Dollars.

Are there minimum spend requirements in order to apply Dot Dollars to an order?
Yes. You must have at least a $50 subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping for each Dot Dollars code applied to the order. For example, if your order subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is $75, you can apply one Dot Dollars code to your order. If your order subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping is $100, you can apply a maximum of two Dot Dollars codes to your order. If you are a Hostess placing an order, you must have at least a $50 subtotal after discounts and Style Rewards and before tax and shipping for each Dot Dollars code you apply to your order.

Is there a maximum number of Dot Dollars codes I can apply to my cart?
Nope! As long as you have a $50 subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping for each Dot Dollar code you apply to your cart, you can apply as many codes as you want.  For example, in order to redeem three Dot Dollar codes ($75 Dot Dollars) in one order, the customer would need to have at least $150 in her cart and would then pay the balance after the $75 in Dot Dollars were applied.

Can I use my Dot Dollars toward a Trunk Show purchase?
Yes! You may use your Dot Dollars on a Trunk Show order by entering your order on your Stylist’s personal website and choosing the Trunk Show Shopping link.  Stylists cannot place orders using Dot Dollars on behalf of customers.
 
How do Dot Dollars work with Style Rewards for Hostesses?
During the redemption period, Hostesses can combine Dot Dollars and Style Rewards credits toward their purchases. However, $50 must be spent after applying Style Rewards credits and before tax and shipping for every $25 Dot Dollars redeemed.

I have never logged into my Stella & Dot account before. What should I do?
Click on Sign In at the top left corner of the page. Underneath the Password field, click on the “Need your password?” link in green to go to the “Create a New Password” page. Once you’re on this page, enter the email address where you received you order confirmation emails and click Continue. After a few minutes, you’ll receive an email in you inbox with instructions on how to set your password to log into your account.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click on Sign In at the top left corner of the page. Underneath the Password field, click on the “Need your password?” link in green to go to the “Create a New Password” page. Once you’re on this page, enter the email address where you received you order confirmation emails and click Continue. After a few minutes, you’ll receive an email in you inbox with instructions on how to set your password to log into your account.

Are there any products that I cannot redeem with Dot Dollars?
You cannot redeem Dot Dollars on Gift Card purchases. Gift Card amounts will not count towards the $50 subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping requirement to apply Dot Dollars. If your order only contains a Gift Card with a value equal to or greater than $50, you will not be able to apply Dot Dollars to that order. However, if you have other items in your cart that have a subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping equal to or greater than $50, you can apply Dot Dollars to your order.

What if I misplace my Dot Dollar promo code or delete the email?
Your Dot Dollar promo codes will be emailed to you on Thursday, January 3rd before 10am PST. If you misplace or delete the email, contact your Stylist who has a copy of your promo code and can help you locate your promo code. If your Stylist is unable to help you, then contact Stella & Dot Stylist Services who will be able to assist you and/or your Stylist in retrieving your promo code.

My promo code isn’t working! Is something wrong?
If your promo code is not applying to your shopping bag, first check to make sure you are signed into your account. If you are signed in, please make sure there are no trailing spaces after your code. We recommend that you type in the promo code into the promo code box. Do not copy and paste the promo code into the promo code box is it may contain extra spaces before and after the promo code. If you are not signed in, please sign in, re-enter the promo code and apply it to your order.

After I applied my Dot Dollar promo code, it says that my Dot Dollar promo code has been used but I have not yet redeemed it. What should I do?
Dot Dollar promo codes are one-time use codes. If you shared your promo code with a friend who subsequently redeemed it on an order, the code will become invalid. If you feel your promo code has become invalid in error, then contact Stylist Services.

Do Dot Dollars apply to Shipping & Handling and/or Tax?
No.

If I return items purchased with Dot Dollars, will I get my Dot Dollars code back?
No. Any items purchased with Dot Dollars which are returned, will be refunded at the discounted price

What about Gift Cards and Donations?
During the Dot Dollar redemption period, Jan 3 - 10, 2013, Dot Dollars cannot be applied towards purchases of Gift Cards. If you make a direct donation to the Stella & Dot Foundation, you will not qualify for Dot Dollars, nor may you use Dot Dollars to make a donation.

Additional Dot Dollars Information:
Dot Dollars may not be redeemed for cash, toward the purchase of Gift Cards or to make a donation. Dot Dollars are transferrable and may be used by someone other than the person who earned them. Dot Dollars will not be honored after the redemption period ends.
