UPS projected delivery dates
UPS's projected delivery dates are based on factors such as delivery address, shipping service and may exclude bank holidays and weekends.
Day 1 or the "ship date" is calculated when the package is received for processing by UPS +1 business day. The "ship date" does not include the processing time at the warehouse. However, we commit to delivering your order within the service level selected.
Service types:
UPS Ground Service projected delivery date = ship date + estimated delivery by zip code (1-5 business day delivery depending on where you live) excluding weekends and observed holidays. Refer to the 2012 US Carrier Holiday Schedule for observed holidays.
UPS 3 Business Day = ship date + 2 days excluding weekends and observed holidays.
UPS 2 Business Day = ship date + 1 day excluding weekends and observed holidays.
UPS 1 Business Day = next day delivery excluding weekends and observed holidays.
