FAQs

The ship method you select during checkout determines when you will receive your package. Once an order is placed, all in stock items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. During this “processing” time our warehouse is busy picking, packing and readying your order to be shipped. Once our carrier picks up your order, they make every attempt to deliver it within the timeline selected in your ship method.
  • We guarantee to process all orders within 1-2 business days from your order date.
  • During new product launches and the holiday season, we guarantee to process your order within 3 business days of your order date.
  • Orders placed before 11A.M. CST usually ship within 1 business day. If your order is placed after 11 AM CST, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding bank holidays.)
  • All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed the next business day, which is usually Monday.
  • While your order is processing, you may see the processing status in your Account. Once your order has been shipped, this status will update to “shipped” and you will receive a shipment confirmation email. 
  • Orders with engravable items will add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.
  • Standard Shipping. Standard shipping is the most economical option for our customers. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after it ships from the warehouse. Standard Shipping uses a mix of services and carriers, and is not a guaranteed service. Rural area delivery may take additional time. Stella & Dot makes every attempt to deliver your items within the specified time; however, we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time.
  • Guaranteed Shipping. Stella & Dot offers 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day and 1 Business Day shipping to guarantee delivery for our customers! Remember the guaranteed shipping commitment occurs after processing is complete.
Yes, Puerto Rico shipping is now live! Please allow 4-7 business days for shipments to Puerto Rico. We currently do not offer expedited service to Puerto Rico.
P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. Our suggestion is to select standard shipping as a preferred ship method.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) to us for free – the shipping is on us! Once your return is processed you will be receiving a return shipping label via email to send your items back to our Distribution Center.
We do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, the driver might decide to ask for a signature, which is at his or her discretion. It is recommended that you choose a secure shipping address to ensure your product is received and delivered in a timely fashion.
