"Our Shipping Promise"
In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order, we will make every attempt to process and ship all in-stock items within one business day. However, we guarantee your order will be shipped within 2 business days of your order date.
During new product launches, introductions and holiday season, we guarantee to process and ship your order within 3 business days of your order date.
Please note that selecting Guaranteed shipping services will not speed up the order processing time in the warehouse. Guaranteed shipping service only effects the time it takes the order to arrive from the time that it leaves our warehouse.

Please note:
- PO boxes cannot receive expedited shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. We currently do not ship to APO/FPO or the U.S. Territories.
- While standard shipping is not a guaranteed service, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days after it ships from the warehouse. For example, if your order is placed on Monday before 12 PM CT, your order will physically begin moving through the carrier’s network on Tuesday. For rural areas, complete delivery may take additional business days. The delivery times/days slated on our site are estimates. Stella & Dot makes every attempt to deliver your items within the specified time; however we are not responsible for any failure to deliver within that time.
