I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

What is your return policy?

  • Enjoy free exchanges and returns! Within 30 days of original ship date, you will be issued a cash refund for the cost of the item you're returning less the cost of your original shipping. We will provide you with a free shipping label to use to return the item back to us. You can also exchange the item within 30 days. If you would prefer to choose a different piece we will give you the cost of the item in Store Credit, and, in addition, we will also credit your account with a shipping and handling incentive which can be used toward shipping of your new item.
  • Within 90 days of original ship date, Store Credit will be issued for the cost of the item you return. You may send back your returned item (using our provided shipping label).
  • Products must be in the condition that you received them in and in the original packaging.

What is your quality guarantee?

  • If you purchased an item through a Stylist or via our website, and you are not pleased with how the item has worn, simply give us a call and we'll make it right!
  • Jewellery may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original Customer Purchase Receipt/proof of purchase:
    - Jewellery returned within a reasonable amount of time may be returned at no additional charge for Store Credit.
  • To return an item for replacement due to manufacturer's defect, please contact the Company and not your Stylist, unless you paid cash or check to your Stylist. (All other returns and exchanges within 90 days should go through your Stylist.)
  • Lost items are not covered under our replacement policies.

How do I return a product?

All returns requests currently have to be placed by contacting our Customer Services team by email, live chat or telephone - www.stelladot.co.uk/help. Or, if you prepare - you can contact your Stella & Dot Stylist who will happily process your return for you.

(We are working on a solution for Stella & Dot Stylists and customers process their own returns online.)

Your Stylist or our Customer Services team will happily process your return and email you a returns label for you to attach to the package you are returning. You can drop off your package at up to 4,500 locations across the UK - please check www.collectplus.co.uk to find the nearest drop-off point to you.

Returns in proper condition received at our distribution centre within 30 days of the original purchase are given a full refund by our processing centre. Items not returned in their original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you paid with cash or cheque, we will issue the refund back to your Stylist who will arrange for an immediate refund to you. If you cannot locate your Stylist, we are happy to help you locate them.

How do I package my return?

The box in which the items were originally shipped can be reused if the size is still appropriate. Simply apply the shipping label emailed to you by your Stylist or our Customer Care team.

How do I return a Hostess Reward item?

Please contact your Stylist or our Customer Services team (www.stelladot.co.uk/help) so we can assist you with any exchanges or returns for items that you purchased for free or half off with Hostess Rewards.

FREE ITEMS

  • For up to 90 days after your order, you may return any unworn item and receive Store Credit for the current value of that item.

50% OFF ITEMS

  • Within 30 days of original ship date, you can return an item and receive your choice of Store Credit or a refund of the amount paid, less the cost of original shipping. Within 90 days, Hostess Credits will be issued in the amount of the cash paid for the item. You will then be able to purchase another item at 50% off.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

Please contact our Customer Services team and we will be happy to help you find the order number associated with the gift (please provide the name and email address of the buyer). If the item is returned within 90 days of shipping to the original buyer, you will be issued a Store Credit.
